Before you begin your journey with Align Kinesiotherapy This is your first step in the process.  The goal of this assessment to find the root cause of why you are here.  Is it a physical issue or is it a traumatic issue. From this hour long assessment your path to healing either Kinesiotherapy or TRT will be determined and a goal will be set.

Kinesiotherapy is literally "movement therapy", is the therapeutic treatment of disease by passive and active muscular movements and of exercise. It is the core element of physiotherapy/physical therapy.

If the body doesn't release muscular tension, it can eventually lead to chronic pain and difficulties with physical, mental, emotional, and relational health.  We can't fully resolve stress and trauma  if the body has not fully released tension and chronic contradiction patterns.
